Site-Based Mentoring

Program Overview

Sometimes, the best place to nurture a child’s potential is right within the school environment. Our Site-Based Mentoring program provides an opportunity for Bigs and Littles to connect during the school day, whether in the classroom, on the playground, or even at mentors’ workplaces. Teachers rave about the confidence boost they see in students who spend time with their Bigs – ready to learn, eager to succeed, and beaming with positivity.

Learning About Life

While our Site-Based Mentoring program is rooted in the school setting, it goes beyond the classroom. Littles and Bigs engage in activities such as homework help, arts and crafts, recreational activities, group projects, and guest speaker sessions. The focus is on building a friendship, offering guidance, and inspiring potential. Each week during the school year, matches spend 60-90 minutes together, supported by our professional staff.
