Big Brother Dan Fortes is the recipient of the organization’s 2022 John M. Clapp Outstanding Big Brother of the Year Award – which was presented at the Big Brothers Big Sister of the Year Awards event held on Thursday, May 19^th at the Mark Twain House & Museum in Hartford. Dan recently talked about the award and his take on mentoring with reporter/anchor Leslie Mayes of NBC Connecticut. The interview was later broadcast on the station’s Connecticut in Color series
