On Sunday, October 6, Little Brother Ocean of New Britain and Big Brother Joe DeLutrie of West Hartford starred on This Week in Connecticut with Dennis House on WTNH Channel 8. The segment detailed the Husky Ticket Project, a nonprofit that helps youth organizations experience UCONN sporting games, and how BBBSCT is a flagship partner. Ocean and Joe spoke to reporter Dennis House about their positive experience attending UCONN games together and how it has impacted their match. This experience has also encouraged Ocean to think about his future as a UCONN student. Ryan Matthews, VP of Programs, was also interviewed. He spread awareness about the Husky Ticket Project and how it helps our deserving kids.
