There was coverage today (May 21, 2018) on Fox 61 on Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters, on the 2018 Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters Annual Golf Classic on June 4 and on Nutmeg’s newest program, Mentor 2.0. Allison Holst-Grubbe, Director of School Programs, was interviewed during the 9:00 a.m. news hour by Fox 61 anchor Tim Lammers.

Mentor 2.0, a school-based e-mentoring program for high school students, will launch at the CREC Academy of Science and Innovation in New Britain in the fall of 2018. With weekly e-mails, online messaging and one 2-hour event per month mentors help a student get ready for college.

You could be a Mentor 2.0 mentor. You could recommend the program to a friend, family member or business associate.
