Andy Fleischmann, President and CEO of Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters, recently accepted a $10,000 donation from the Bob’s Discount Furniture Charitable Foundation. Presenting the donation was Cathy Poulin, Director of Public Relations/Outreach at Bob’s Discount Furniture. The donation will be used to transition children in need off Nutmeg’s waiting list and into productive match relationships with caring, inspirational adult mentors. Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters has been a recipient of the foundation’s generosity since it was established twenty-five years ago by Bob’s Discount Furniture.
